By accessing this website or booking a service with SunSoulCare Therapies & Retreats (SSC), you fully and unreservedly accept the present General Terms and Conditions.
Please read them carefully.

1. Site and Publisher Information

This website is operated by:

2. Definitions

  • Client: any individual or legal entity booking or purchasing an SSC service.

  • Service: any consultation, mentoring, online program, digital product, webinar, workshop, private retreat or related service provided by SSC.

  • Website: www.sunsoulcare.com and all its subdomains.

  • Therapist: any person mandated by or representing SSC to deliver a Service.

3. Purpose

These GTC govern:

  1. access to and use of the Website,

  2. booking and payment procedures,

  3. respective rights and obligations of the Client and SSC,

  4. cancellation, rescheduling, and refund rules,

  5. applicable warranties, liability limitations, and legal conditions.

4. Nature of the Services

The Services are based on natural and complementary approaches, including:

  • Naturopathy (aromatherapy, hydrosols, oligotherapy, phytotherapy, isotherapy),

  • Unicist Homeopathy (remedies of mineral, plant, animal origin, nosodes, and isopathy),

  • Nutritherapy and functional nutrition (targeted nutritional formulas and active nutrients).

These approaches:

  • are designed as complementary support,

  • do not replace medical diagnosis,

  • never interrupt prescribed medical treatments.

The Client remains responsible for consulting a licensed healthcare professional in case of emergency.

5. Bookings and Payments

  • Bookings are made online through the secure calendar or via email.

  • Full payment is required at the time of booking.

  • Accepted payment methods: credit card, bank transfer, gift vouchers.

  • Prices are expressed in Swiss francs (CHF), VAT included where applicable.

  • A booking becomes effective only after written or electronic confirmation by SSC.

6. Gift Vouchers

  • Validity: 12 months from the date of purchase.

  • Usable for all Services, unless otherwise stated.

  • Transferable: upon written notification ≥ 48 hours before the session.

  • Non-refundable.

7. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

Consultations and online programs

  • ≥ 72 hours before the session: free rescheduling.

  • < 72 hours or no-show: 100% of the Service is due.

Private retreats and stays

  • A deposit is required upon booking.

  • Cancellations < 30 days before arrival: payments already made are retained.

  • In the rare event of cancellation by SSC, the Client will be fully refunded or offered a new date at no extra cost.

8. Right of Withdrawal

Under Swiss law, Services provided at a fixed date or periodicity are not subject to the 14-day withdrawal period.

9. Client Obligations

The Client agrees to:

  1. provide accurate and up-to-date information when booking,

  2. inform SSC of any relevant health condition, treatment, or event,

  3. apply recommendations under their own responsibility,

  4. seek medical advice in case of emergency.

10. Consultations, Reimbursements, and Insurance

  • Consultations are mainly conducted online (videoconference).

  • On-site consultations may be available for Swiss-based clients.

  • Some Swiss complementary health insurers recognize homeopathy covered by RME and ASCA. It is the Client’s responsibility to check coverage before booking.

  • SSC will not issue refunds in the event of non-coverage by insurance.

11. Liability

  • SSC Services are intended for prevention, support, and education.

  • They do not replace medical advice or prescribed treatments.

  • SSC shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from the use of the Website, booking, or application of the Services, to the extent permitted by Swiss law.

 12. Intellectual Property

All Website content (texts, images, logos, videos, protocols, training materials) is the exclusive property of SSC.

  • Any reproduction, modification, or distribution without prior written consent is prohibited.

  • Legal action may be taken in the event of violation.

13. Data Protection

SSC processes personal data in accordance with the GDPR and the Swiss nLPD (new Data Protection Act).

  • Collected data is used solely for the management of Services.

  • Full details are available in the Privacy Policy on the Website.

14. Amendments to the GTC

SSC reserves the right to modify these GTC at any time.

  • The version published online at the time of booking is legally binding.

  • Clients will be informed in case of substantial changes.

15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These GTC are governed by Swiss law.
Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of the Canton of Valais, after an attempt at amicable resolution.
